Beacon Chain Balance

Beacon Chain - Over the past week, the Beacon Chain balance decreased from around 39.1M ETH to just below 39.0M ETH, reflecting continued net outflows.

BlackRock’s iShares Staked Ethereum Trust (ETHB) recorded $15.5M in first-day trading volume on Nasdaq, with 592,804 shares changing hands. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart described the debut as “very, very solid for a day 1 ETF launch,” despite activity trailing comparable Solana staking ETF launches.

The fund holds 80% staked Ethereum and 20% Ethereum, with Coinbase as custodian, and launched with $106.7M in net assets. ETHB distributes staking rewards monthly through validators operated by Figment, Galaxy Digital, and Attestant, giving traditional investors exposure to Ethereum yield without directly managing blockchain infrastructure.
