DeFi Analytics 17th October 2025
This week's edition of our Crypto DeFi Analytics.

Chain Fee Generation
Daily Fee Generation – There were no major fee spikes this week, in contrast to October 10, when Ethereum’s daily fees briefly surged above $13.8M before dropping to around $2M the next day. The short-term spike reflected the market crash on October 10, which triggered heavy liquidations and a surge in on-chain activity, temporarily driving up network congestion and gas fees.
