Institutional-grade options pricing for Sui’s next generation of composable financial markets

Block Scholes is proud to announce its partnership with Sui Foundation and DeepBook to power the options oracle behind DeepBook Predict, a new composable financial primitive now live on testnet.

DeepBook Predict expands the DeepBook stack beyond Spot and Margin, introducing a native on-chain options and binary markets primitive. With Predict, developers can build a wide range of financial products, including binary markets, calls, puts, spreads, leveraged products, and structured instruments — all designed to compose directly with DeepBook’s existing Spot and Margin infrastructure.

At the core of this new primitive is Block Scholes’ options pricing infrastructure.

By bringing institutional-grade options analytics and pricing methodology on-chain, Block Scholes enables DeepBook Predict to support more robust, transparent, and scalable derivatives markets in a fully decentralised environment. This provides builders with the foundation needed to create sophisticated trading products while maintaining the speed, composability, and transparency of Sui’s on-chain architecture.

DeepBook Predict is designed to unlock new financial use cases across the Sui ecosystem. Builders can use it to create Polymarket-style binary markets, options strategies such as calls, puts and spreads, leveraged directional products, multi-asset portfolio tools, and structured products. These instruments can be composed with DeepBook Spot and Margin, allowing positions to be traded, collateralised, leveraged, and settled through shared liquidity.

The launch comes at a time when demand for on-chain derivatives and prediction markets is accelerating, while on-chain options infrastructure remains underdeveloped. DeepBook Predict addresses this gap by combining native composability, fast settlement, shared liquidity, and institutional-grade options pricing.

Block Scholes’ role as the options oracle provider reflects its position as a leading analytics and derivatives infrastructure company for digital asset markets. Our pricing, volatility, and risk analytics are designed to support professional-grade market infrastructure across centralised and decentralised venues.

DeepBook Predict is now live on testnet, with binary options available in V1. Composable calls, puts, spreads, and additional structured products are expected to follow, with mainnet planned later this year.

This collaboration marks an important step in bringing institutional-quality options infrastructure to fully on-chain markets.
